The crash took place the evening of Monday, Dec. 16, on I-95 northbound just south of Butler Branch Road. According to a spokesperson for Virginia State Police (VSP), at least five vehicles were involved, with state troopers at the scene still working to learn more about the full extent of this incident. Multiple people were hurt in the crash, though the exact number cannot be confirmed at this time. These victims have been taken to a local hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
