AT&T customers in Hanover County may experience issues calling 911
HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- AT&T customers located in Hanover County may experience issues calling 911 on Sunday.
A spokesperson for Hanover County informed people at around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 16 about the possibility that AT&T customers may have issues contacting 911 due to LGE and 5G services being impaired.
The county offered several alternatives for people to reach emergency services including, calling from a land line, using a different cell phone network or calling the Hanover non-emergency number at 804-365-6140.
