Chesterfield County kitchen fire displaces two adults and a dog
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Two people were forced from their home after a kitchen fire in Chesterfield County on Sunday morning. Crews with Chesterfield County Fire and EMS were called to the 14300 block of Old Bond Street for a reported house fire shortly before 7:30 a.m. (Courtesy of Chesterfield County Fire and EMS)(Courtesy of Chesterfield County Fire and EMS) Upon their arrival, firefighters found a fire in the kitchen of the home. According to authorities, the fire was put out within 10 minutes of their arrival. There were no injuries as a result of the fire. However, two adults and a dog were displaced and are currently being assisted by the Red Cross.
