Chesterfield Police investigating stabbing that injured person on Turner Road

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating a stabbing that injured a person on Turner Road on Saturday.
Police said the evening of Saturday, Dec. 27, the victim contacted police to report an incident that happened on Turner Road earlier that day.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries considered non-life-threatening.
Police said an initial investigation indicates the incident happened on Turner Road between Belmont Road and West Road.
