(WRIC) -- The Chesterfield County Police Department is asking for help identifying and locating a person who they said stole more than $400 worth of items from a Burlington clothing store in the Chester area. According to police, the theft took place at a Burlington store located at 12601 Route 1 in the Chester area of Chesterfield. The department did not say when the theft took place.
