Prince George firefighters rescue person trapped in car after crash
PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Prince George County firefighters rescued a driver who was trapped in their SUV after a crash Saturday night.
At about 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16, crews with Prince George County Fire and EMS were called to the 4500 block of Branchester Parkway for report of a crash with entrapment.
When they arrived, firefighters found that an SUV had collided with a construction trailer.
The crash caused the SUV to catch fire. However, employees from the on-site construction company put out the flames before firefighters arrived.

Firefighters freed the trapped driver, who was taken to a local hospital. Fire officials did not specify the extent of their injuries. No one else was hurt.
No additional information on this crash was shared by officials. The incident is being investigated by the Prince George's County Police Department.
