POWHATAN COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The north and left shoulder lanes are closed on Route 288 near the ramp from Robious Road due to a vehicle crash.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), this incident is causing around a 3-mile back up for drivers.
