Crash on I-95 causes delays for drivers in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A vehicle crash on Interstate 95 caused significant delays for drivers in Richmond on Wednesday night.
The crash was first reported around 8:15 p.m. and was located on I-95 North near the Bells Road exit.
According to VDOT, the north left shoulder and left lane were closed.
VDOT reported the crash scene had been cleared around 9:45 p.m.
