HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A crash and a water main break on East Laburnum Avenue have caused a road closure Wednesday morning. According to an announcement by the Henrico County Police Department at 5:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15, the crash and water main break are on East Laburnum Avenue near its intersection with Reynolds Road. Police said Laburnum Avenue is closed between Howard Road and Montclair Road to allow for crews to clear the scene and make repairs to the water main.
