CSX to close westbound Route 10 in Chesterfield for railroad repairs

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- If weather permits, CSX will close westbound Route 10 in Chesterfield for a few days starting next week for railroad crossing repairs.
Beginning Monday, May 19, through Thursday, May 22, from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., CSX will be closing Route 10 between North Enon Church Road and River Haven Boulevard to make repairs to the railroad crossing.
The Virginia Department of Transportation recommends the following detour for westbound traffic:
- Travel north on North Enon Church Road, head north on Meadowville Technology Parkway, head west on Meadowville Road, head south on Interstate 295 and back to Route 10.
