RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A driver is in the hospital after a dump truck flipped on Interstate 95 in Richmond on Monday, spilling dirt all over an exit ramp.

At about 2 p.m. on Monday, March 16, troopers with Virginia State Police (VSP) were called to the Bryan Park exit (Exit 79) along I-95 southbound for report of a crash.

When they arrived, they found that a dump truck had overturned, causing the dirt it was carrying to spill out over the exit ramp.
