Driver seriously hurt after crashing into building in Lancaster

LANCASTER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A driver was seriously injured after police say a Jeep crashed into a building in Lancaster County on Friday afternoon.

At 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, Virginia State Police troopers responded to the 2700 block of White Chapel Road in Lancaster for a Jeep that reportedly crashed into a building.

According to state police, a driver was found unresponsive and was flown by MedFlight to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

The crash is still under investigation at this time.
