Exhibition inspired by ‘Find Francine’ campaign to celebrate cats in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A playful exhibition celebrating Richmond's feline friends is coming to the area in the New Year.

CATitude: Observations of the Feline Form and Cat Nature will kick off the city's First Fridays Art Walk on Friday, Jan. 2. From 5 to 11 p.m., guests can visit Gallery5 at 200 W. Marshall St. to enjoy the show.

The exhibition will feature works from local artists, including Dana Frostick, Chris Semtner and Donna Frostick, who draw inspiration from their furry counterparts.

"The exhibition invites visitors to honor the joy, mystery, and charm that cats bring into our world," organizers said.
