Four Henrico County intersections without power

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Four intersections in Henrico County's West End were without power Thursday morning.
As of 6 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, the following intersections were without power, according to the Henrico County Police Division:
- Forest Avenue and Discovery Drive
- Horsepen Road and Monument Avenue
- Horsepen Roadf and Glenside Drive
- River Road and Ridge Road
Officials said drivers should expect more congestion at the intersections. Drivers were urged to treat any non-functioning traffic signal as a four way stop.
