Friends of the Richmond Public Library to host book sale
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Friends of the Richmond Public Library will host a book sale over the weekend, with proceeds benefiting the Richmond Public Library. The book sale will be held at the Richmond Public Main Library, spanning over three time slots on Friday, Nov. 1, including noon to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and 10 a.m. to noon for members only. The sale will also span from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2 and from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3. Visitors will be able to peruse thousands of hardbacks, paperbacks, CDs and DVDs, as well as children's and YA books. Organizers said proceeds benefit the library system's programs and resources.
