Girl injured after shooting on Nine Mile Road in Henrico County

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A girl is injured after police said she was shot on Nine Mile Road in Henrico County Sunday evening.
At 9:56 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, officers with the Henrico County Police Division responded to the 4800 block of Nine Mile Road for the report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, police said they found a girl with a gunshot wound to the buttock, who was then taken to a local hospital with a serious, but non-life-threatening injury.
