Henrico holds community workshop to shape Best Products Reimagined site
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Henrico County residents will soon have a chance to help determine the future of two focus areas along Interstate 95, including the Best Products Reimagined site.
Henrico County will hold a four-day planning workshop to bring together community members, designers and planners at the end of the month. The event, hosted by the county's planning department and design firm Able City, will help shape the 320-acre Best Products Reimagined site and a 275-acre corridor on Brook Road.
According to a release, Henrico leaders are seeking partners for a mixed-use development that would bring hospitality uses and an arena to the Best Products site.

The Brook Road corridor hosts businesses from Magellan Parkway to Hilliard Road. Henrico leaders said the area has potential for revitalization and reinvestment that brings new businesses and services to surrounding neighborhoods and the broader community.
The four-day workshop will kick off at 6 p.m. on Monday, March 23, at the Massey Library Technology Building Center for Innovation. Follow-up sessions will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, through Thursday, March 26, in conference room 173 at Burnette Hall.
Residents can provide feedback during the workshop or submit it at bestproductsandbrookroad@henrico.gov. For more information, visit Best Products Reimagined and Brook Road Corridor.
