Henrico Police ask for public’s help to identify person of interest in reported burglary

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Henrico County Police Division is asking for the public's help to identify a person of interest in a reported burglary.

At around 6:43 a.m. on Sunday, April 13, Henrico Police responded to the 7300 block of Elko Road for a reported burglary.

When officers arrived on scene, they spoke with the caller who said someone had broken into their detached garage.

According to police, video surveillance was obtained from the homeowner which shows a man entering the garage at around 3 a.m. before leaving with several items in a bag.

Police describe the person of interest as a white man with a beard and a "cartoon-like" tattoo on the back of his neck, as well as tattoos on his left hand.
