Henrico Police still looking for man in connection to 2024 double homicide
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Henrico County Police Division is still looking for a man wanted in connection to a double homicide that took place two years ago in January 2024.
According to police, the now 20-year-old Terrence Jarell Morton-Swan, who goes by nickname "Rell," has an outstanding warrant for shooting into an occupied dwelling.
Morton-Swan was described by police as a Black man with a slender build, brown eyes and black hair in braids that potentially go down to his shoulders.

Officials said he is known to frequent several areas in Henrico and Richmond, including:
- Brookhaven subdivision
- Village at The Arbors
- Mallard Greens Townhome
- St. Luke Apartments
- Hilliard Road Apartments
- Shockoe Valley View Apartments
On Jan. 9, 2024, officers were called to the 200 block of Engleside Drive for the report of a shooting and vehicle crash. Upon arrival, they found two men with apparent gunshot wounds inside the crashed vehicle.
One victim, 20-year-old Domonique Swan, of Henrico, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim, 29-year-old Spencer Bartee, also of Henrico, was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he later died.
