Hopewell City Hall closed due to water outage

HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) -- According to the City of Hopewell, City Hall will be closing early on Wednesday due to a water outage in the building.
The building closed its doors at 12. p.m. on Wednesday, June 18 and the closure includes offices such as, the Treasurers Office and DMV select.
The city said they will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 20.
8News has reached out to the City of Hopewell -- there is no word yet on what caused the outage.
