Iconic R&B group TLC to perform at Brown’s Island

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The multi-GRAMMY award-winning R&B group TLC will be stopping by Brown's Island in May.

According to an Instagram post from LiVE LOUD Concerts on Brown's Island, the iconic R&B group TLC will be headlining the River City Remix on Saturday, May 24 at 7 p.m.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, Feb. 21 at 10 a.m. -- pre-sale tickets are available as early as Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 10 a.m.

TLC is most known for their top five Billboard 100 hits like "Creep," "No Scrubs," "Waterfalls," "Unpretty" and many more. The 90s group was coined one of the best-selling American girl groups, having sold over 65 million records across the globe.

Although the trio gained an angel, the remaining two, Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and and Rozanda "Chilli" Thomas, continue to perform, as they have for over three decades.
