Kids take on Richmond’s Forest Hill Park to sled, build snowmen
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- With schools closed across the Commonwealth for Central Virginia's first snow of the season, dozens of families headed to Forest Hill Park in Richmond to sled and build snowmen.
Many children were eager not to go to school on Friday, Dec. 5, with one father saying that by the time he woke up, his daughters, Daisy and Lucy, were already playing in the snow in their yard.
