LIST: Central Virginia schools delayed on Monday due to cold temperatures
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Several Central Virginia school districts will delay their openings on Monday due to cold temperatures.
Our StormTracker8 team forecasted that temperatures are staying low for Monday, Dec. 14, getting down to 10 to 15 degrees by the morning.
To help ensure the safety of students and staff, the following Central Virginia school districts will open two hours late:
- Buckingham County Public Schools
- Caroline County Public Schools
- Essex County Public Schools
- Fluvanna County Public Schools
- Fredericksburg City Public Schools
- Louisa County Public Schools
- Orange County Public Schools
- Spotsylvania County Public Schools
- Stafford County Public Schools
