Louisa County students design food truck business from scratch

LOUISA COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Culinary Arts I & II students in Louisa County presented their own food truck business on Wednesday, April 30 that was built from scratch.

The Food Truck Rally is an annual event the school hosts at the end of the year that tests the culinary students in several different areas such as crafting menus and putting their culinary skills on display.

The project is one students work on all year, and they even allow Louisa County staff to try some of their final products and creations.

The school shared in the Facebook post "Way to go, Lions! Your hard work, creativity, and talent were on full display today!"
