Man accused of exposing himself to children while passing school bus in Albemarle

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is wanted after police say he exposed himself to children while passing a school bus in Albemarle County.

On Wednesday, Nov. 5, the Albemarle County Police Department issued a media alert saying it was searching for 38-year-old Stuart W. Ragland in connection with an indecent exposure.

According to police, Ragland is accused of exposing himself to children while he was passing a school bus. He is now wanted for one count of obscene sexual display and two counts of indecent exposure.

Ragland, pictured below, is described as a Black man with a shaved head and brown eyes. He is said to be about 5-foot-9-inches tall and weigh about 175 pounds. He has tattoos on his neck.

Per police, Ragland may be traveling in a green Kia SUV.

The public is asked to be on the lookout for Ragland. If you see him, call 911 immediately.
