Man accused of touching self sexually while following someone in Richmond store

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man accused of touching himself sexually while following someone around a Richmond store is being sought by police.

On Friday, Sept. 5, the Richmond Police Department shared information about a mid-August indecent exposure incident it is investigating.

At about 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 13, the man pictured below was reportedly seen following a female customer around a store in the 300 block of Cowardin Avenue while "exhibiting lewd and lascivious behavior, including exposing his genitals and touching himself in a sexual manner," per police.

He then left the store, moving in an unknown direction.
