Man critically injured in shooting on Cloverleaf Drive in Chesterfield

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is in critical condition following a shooting on Cloverleaf Drive in Chesterfield early this morning, according to the Chesterfield County Police Department.

At around 9:20 a.m. on Tuesday, May 13, Chesterfield Police responded to a shooting report near the 7300 block of Cloverleaf Drive.

When police arrived, they found a man near the road with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries.
