Man dead after late-night shooting in Richmond’s Northside

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is dead after a shooting in Richmond's Northside late Tuesday night.
At about 9:41 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 1200 block of St. Peter Street for report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot.
He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
No additional information, such as the circumstances of the shooting, is available as of the time of reporting.
