Man hit, killed by car in late-night Chesterfield crash

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is dead after he was hit by a car in Chesterfield County late Friday night.
At about 10 p.m. on Friday, June 13, officers with the Chesterfield Police Department were called to the 10100 block of Hull Street Road for report of a crash involving a pedestrian.
When they arrived, they found a man down in the roadway just outside of a nearby Starbucks. Police told 8News that the man was hit by a vehicle moving east on Hull Street Road.

First responders attempted life-saving measures, but he died at the scene.
All eastbound lanes of Hull Street Road between Courthouse Road and Price Club Boulevard are closed as first responders work to clear the scene.
