Man in hospital after he was found shot in Henrico

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is in the hospital after he was found shot in Henrico County on Tuesday.
At about 8 p.m. on Tuesday. Oct. 8, officers with the Henrico County Police Division were called tot the 370 block of N. Laburnum Avenue for report of a shooting.
When they arrived, officers found "evidence of a shooting" and a man who had been shot.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment. A spokesperson for Henrico Police could not confirm the extent of his injuries.
Detectives are at the scene as of the time of reporting, investigating this incident.
