Man who was missing out of Henrico found safe

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 28-year-old man who was missing out of Henrico County has been found safe, according to police.

Just before 10:15 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 8, the Henrico County Police Division issued a missing endangered person alert for 28-year-old Timothy Kilpatrick.

Kilpatrick was last seen leaving the 1900 block of Reagan Road around 8:10 p.m. on Monday. According to police, he has multiple disabilities and is "mostly non-verbal."

His disappearance was believed to pose a credible threat to his health and safety.

Shortly before 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 9, the Henrico County Police Division reported that Kilpatrick was located safe and uninjured around 1:30 a.m.
