Missing 77-year-old Hanover woman found

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 77-year-old Hanover County woman who went missing after she left home and then did not make it to her destination has been found.
The evening of Tuesday, May 13, Virginia State Police issued a missing senior alert for 77-year-old Alice Collins Overton. She was last seen leaving her Ashland area home at about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
She never arrived at her destination, the Hanover County Sheriff's Office said.
At about 9:50 p.m. on Tuesday, Virginia State police provided an update, saying Collins had been found safe.
