RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) --Police have released a missing persons report for 58-year-old Angela Spagnoulo who was last seen Monday, Feb. 17, at approximately 8:25 a.m. at the 800 block of Ordway Avenue.
Spagnoulo has gray hair and gray eyes and was last seen wearing a white night gown, tan jacket, and socks -- she also suffers from mental health issues and requires medication.
