Multi-vehicle crash, diesel spill closes Prince George County intersection

PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- An intersection in Prince George County closed Tuesday morning after a multi-vehicle crash caused a diesel spill.

In the morning on Tuesday, Dec. 16, Prince George County Fire and EMS announced on social media that drivers should avoid the intersection of Prince George County Drive and County Drive.

Firefighters, EMS and Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) crews were reportedly responding in the area for a multi-vehicle crash that caused a diesel spill.

Officials said three people were taken to a local hospital.

The intersection will remain closed as crews clean up and clear the area, according to officials.
