Multiple roads to close for resurfacing in Richmond’s Chimborazo area
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The City of Richmond's Department of Public Works (DPW) has announced multiple lane closures coming to the Chimborazo area for three weeks.
Beginning on Monday, June 30, to Monday, July 21, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., some lanes will be closed temporarily due to the city resurfacing the roads.
According to DPW, the following areas will experience roadwork:
- East Broad Street -- from North 36th Street to the dead end
- North 36th Street -- from East Grace Street to East Marshall Street
- North 35th Street -- from M Street to the dead end
- North 33rd Street -- from Broad Street to N Street
- North 32nd Street -- from East Grace Street to O Street
- East Grace Street -- from North 31st Street to North 32nd Street
- East Clay Street -- from East Marshall Street to the dead end
- North 30th Street -- from East Marshall Street to the dead end
- North 30th Street -- from East Clay Street to East Leigh Street
- East Leigh Street -- from North 35th Street to North 29th Street
- M Street -- from North 33rd Street to North 31st Street
