New Kent County Public Schools to get new therapy dog

NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The New Kent County Sheriff's Office has a new addition, K-9 Nala, that will serve as a therapy dog in New Kent County Public Schools.
According to a social media post by the sheriff's office, Nala is a 7-week-old golden retriever acquired from a breeder in the county.

Officials said Nala will attend training at a center in New Kent County and will begin serving as a therapy dog in New Kent County Public Schools.
