New Sheetz coming to Henrico, will serve drivers off of I-64

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A new Sheetz is coming to Henrico County, cropping up where a restaurant once stood just off of Interstate 64.

On Thursday, March 6, real estate and development company S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. announced that Sheetz has leased just over 2 acres of land at 9927 Mayland Drive in Henrico -- where an O'Charley's restaurant was once located.

Once it opens, this convenience store and gas station will provide 24/7 service to those in the area, whether that be local customers or travelers along I-64.

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. did not give a specific opening date for this new Sheetz, but said it's currently set to begin operations this summer.
