New speed limit changes coming to Hopewell

HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) -- New speed limit changes are coming to the City of Hopewell in a few weeks.
According to the Hopewell Police Department, speed limits on select roadways will be reduced from 35 mph to 25 mph beginning Saturday, April 1.
Police said Randolph Road will be reduced at the city limits from Hardaway Marks Bridge through Winston Churchill Drive.
Additionally, Appomattox Street will be reduced between North Main Street and Cedar Lane.
