No one injured in Chesterfield house fire

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — No one was injured after a fire broke out at a house in Chesterfield County early Sunday morning.

At around 1:24 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 1, crews with Chesterfield County Fire and EMS responded to a house fire in the 13300 block of Bradley Bridge Road. Officials said a police officer in the area first spotted the fire and alerted crews.

Upon arrival on the scene, firefighters found fire coming through the roof and backside of the home. Crews were able to control the fire within an hour.

No one was home at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.

No further information is available. Officials continue to investigate the cause of the fire.
