Northbound Powhite Parkway ORT lanes to close this weekend

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority (RMTA) announced several lane closures on northbound Powhite Parkway that will take place this weekend. According to the RMTA, all Open Road Tolling (ORT) lanes will be closed at the Northbound Toll Plaza on Powhite Parkway from 7 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14 until 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15 for highway maintenance. 21-year-old man killed in shooting on I-95 in Richmond The CASH lanes will be open for traffic and EZ-Pass lanes are available within said CASH lanes.
