Parts of two roads closed after fuel truck overturns in New Kent County

NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Sections of two roads in New Kent County are shut down after a fuel truck overturned on Tuesday.
New Kent County Fire and EMS and New Kent County Sheriff's deputies were on the scene in the morning on Tuesday, July 29, after a fuel leak started from the overturned vehicle in the 8300 block of South Quaker Road.
According to a Facebook post from the county, as a result of the incident, South Quaker Road to Dispatch Road was shut down, as well as North Henpeck Road between Route 249 and South Quaker Road.
"Traffic is being diverted and these areas will be closed for an undetermined amount of time with additional detours possible," the sheriff's office said.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
