Person hurt in late-night shooting at Henrico business

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A person was shot at a Henrico County business late Thursday night.
At about 10:37 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, officers with the Henrico County Police Division were called to a business in the 6300 block of Horsepen Road for report of a shooting.
While they were investigating at the business, officers were informed that a person had taken themselves to an area hospital with a gunshot wound. Police believe this person was the victim of this shooting.
The victim's injuries are not considered life-threatening.
"This investigation remains ongoing as officers continue to look into the circumstances that led up to this incident," police said.
