Person injured after multi-vehicle crash on I-95 South in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A person was injured after a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 South in Richmond on Wednesday morning.
Virginia State Police said the crash involving eight to 10 vehicles happened at around 6:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 10, on I-95 South near Belvidere Street in Richmond.
The left and center lanes were closed near Belvidere Street at mile marker 76 for over an hour, per the Virginia Department of Transportation.
According to police, one person was injured. Police said they have non-life-threatening injuries.
