PHOTOS: Breast Cancer Awareness Flag Football Game at Dorey Park

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A Breast Cancer Awareness Flag Football Game -- and Trunk or Treat event -- took place at Dorey Park on Sunday, as the community came together to support breast cancer survivors. On Sunday, Oct. 27, people came out to Dorey Park to participate in a flag football game and Trunk or Treat event that aimed to support and raise awareness about breast cancer. The free event was hosted by Raw Talent LLC alongside Men That Wear Many Hats LLC and featured events for everyone to enjoy. 8News spoke with Tink -- Chief Operating Officer of Raw Talent LLC -- about what an event like this provides for the community. "We honor recipients and survivors of breast cancer, and then we also have festivities for the kids," Tink said. "We got laser tag out here and then we have a whole like, I believe, about 40 Trunk or Treats for the kids to safely enjoy Halloween festivities."
