PHOTOS: Crash spills fuel on Chesterfield roadway
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Fuel spilled across a Chesterfield County roadway after a crash Wednesday afternoon.
The crash took place the afternoon of Wednesday, Dec. 17 on Bridgewood Crossing Drive near Hull Street Road, according to Chesterfield Fire and EMS.
Photos from the scene show two vehicles involved in the crash. They appear to be a passenger vehicle and a large commercial vehicle, which were both damaged near their front ends by the collision.

As of 2:51 p.m. on Wednesday, Bridgewood Crossing Drive was closed in both directions near the scene as Chesterfield HAZMAT crews worked to clean up the spill.
At that time, fire officials advised that the closure should last an additional hour.
