PHOTOS: DreamHaus cabaret theatre to open in Richmond’s Shockoe Bottom area

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- 8News got a sneak peek of DreamHaus, a new cabaret theatre coming to Richmond's Shockoe Bottom area, during its soft launch on Wednesday.

A soft launch was held for DreamHaus, located at 110 N. 18th St., in the evening on Wednesday, Dec. 10, ahead of the theatre's official grand opening on Saturday, Dec. 13.

8News got a preview of the space, which features vibrant, yet moody lighting, vintage-inspired décor, a pool table and a variety of seating options.

In addition, DreamHaus' drink menu includes sodas, juices, non-alcoholic mocktails, non-alcoholic beer and alcoholic options, including beer, wine and cocktails.

The food menu boasts a range of lighter snacks, like popcorn, fries and crostini, to Italian classics, like pastas, meatball sliders and more. Patrons have four dessert choices, including tiramisu, a black and white cookie, New York cheesecake and rice pudding.
