PHOTOS: Snowfall surprises Central Virginia after warm weather
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- An unusual and wacky snowfall swept through Central Virginia on Thursday after temperatures climbed into the 70s and even the low 80s over the last two days.
On Thursday, March 12, rain and snow fell across much of the Greater Richmond Region, with some areas seeing a possible dusting of wet snow in spots.
