PHOTOS: Tractor-trailer flips exiting I-295 in Henrico

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A tractor-trailer flipped as it exited Interstate 295 in Henrico County on Thursday.

The evening of Thursday, Feb. 27, Virginia State Police (VSP) responded to the New Market Road exit off of I-295 northbound for report of a tractor-trailer crash.

When state troopers arrived, they found that a tractor-trailer had flipped onto its side.

According to state police, the truck flipped as its driver exited I-295 and moved onto eastbound New Market Road.

No one was injured. However, the road had to be closed down for some time as first responders worked to clear the scene.
