Police identify pedestrian killed by driver in Richmond’s Southside
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Richmond Police Department has identified the woman struck and killed by a driver on Midlothian Turnpike in the city's Southside on Wednesday morning. The woman who was killed on the 6300 block of Midlothian Turnpike on Wednesday, Oct. 9 has been identified as 42-year-old Tomorrow Brooks of Richmond. Officers responded to a report of a crash at around 5:29 a.m. and found Brooks unresponsive in the westbound lanes of Midlothian Turnpike. She died at the scene.
