Prince George County firefighters manage tractor-trailer crash and Hazmat spill
PRINCE GEORGE, Va. (WRIC) -- Prince George County firefighters responded to a tractor-trailer crash involving a Hazmat spill on Friday morning. According to a social media post from Prince George County Fire and EMS, first responders were called to the 11400 block of County Drive for a reported motor vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer around 5:45 a.m. on Nov. 15. Upon their arrival, firefighters found a tractor-trailer that had overturned and spilled a substance across the roadway. According to authorities, there were no serious injuries reported but the Hazmat unit was dispatched to mitigate a hydraulic fluid spill that had resulted from the incident.
